The 29th batch of the MBA programme at GIM was inaugurated on 28th August 2024 at the Institute. Dr. U. C. G. Namboothiri, Chairman, Sree Guruvayurappan Educational and Charitable Trust, inaugurated the 29th MBA Batch by lighting the Kuthuvilakku. Dr. Vinod U, Principal, GIM, presided over the function and enlightened the success factors for becoming a Manager and the Methodology that shall be followed by GIM that will ensure success. Mr. M. K. Krishnan Namboothiripad, Secretary SGECT , Prof. K. P. Sankaran Unny, Former Registrar, JNU and Member, Governing Council, GIM and Ms. Sruthy K, II MBA, VISION felicitated the new students. Mr. Sankaranarayanan Namboothiri, Vice Chairman, SGECT participated in the Inaugural Ceremony.

Dr. U.C. G. Namboothiri, in his inaugural address applauded the students for having chosen GIM, as their Institute to pursue MBA Program. He urged them to be focused and dedicated towards their goals. He also entreated them to utilize the capabilities, Faculty and environment to equip themselves with all the skills that are important for them to be successful Managers. GIM is proud of its eminent team of Gurus.
Prof. Dr. K. P. Sankaran Unny urged the students to realize that ‘Guru’ stands for those who dispel darkness from the minds and make people enlightened by wisdom and knowledge. GIM is proud of its eminent team of Gurus, he said.
Ms. Sruthy K, II MBA, VISION, GIM, gave a good picture of the role of VISION, in helping the students to upgrade their skills.
Mr. Baggam Seshu Sailendra, Assistant Professor GIM, welcomed the gathering. Dr. S. Sujatha, Asso. Professor proposed the Vote of thanks.
