Mr. M. K. Krishnan Namboothiripad, Secretary, SGECT, inaugurated the U.G. Management Meet – “Aurora 2023” for the Under-graduate students, at Guruvayurappan Institute of Management on 17.02.2023.

Mr. M. K. Krishnan Namboothiripad congratulated the UG students for partaking in such a professional event. He ignited the entrepreneurial spirit in their minds and insisted that only if entrepreneurship is encouraged, the economy will grow.

The U.G. Management Fest is a South Indian Management Meet hosted for the undergraduate level students to bring out young minds to showcase their managerial talents and test their skills. This one day event includes a series of competitions which challenge the personal preparedness, managerial skills and knowledge of the students. They will be tested on their knowledge base and strengths through a series of energy packed experiences. This event, organised by the students of GIM, is a professional event aimed at bringing out the inherent managerial talents of the energetic youth.

Mr. Gupthan Sarvesh Suresh, I MBA, GIM, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Thomas T. Thomas, Director, GIM presided over the function. Mr. Baggam Seshu Sailendra, Asst. Professor, GIM briefly introduced the theme “Aurora 2k23”. Mr. Sai Prasanth J, II MBA, Ms. Jayasudha R, II MBA, are the Student Coordinators. Ms. Ahalya O, I MBA, GIM, thanked all the participants for attending the one day event.

About 100 students of 12 colleges from different parts of the country took part in this event. The Winners, Runners up and participants were presented with attractive Prizes and citations.

A variety of games including Best Management Team (PEARL), Corporate Fashion (DIAMOND), ADZAP (RUBY), Business Quiz (EMEROLD), Treasure hunt (SAPPHIRE), Best Manager (RED CORAL), FUN GAMES etc., were conducted.
