Ph.D. Public Viva-Voce Examination – Ms. Priyanka N.C.

The Ph.D. Public Viva-Voce Examination of Ms. Priyanka N.C., Research Scholar in Management, was held on 1st August 2025 at Guruvayurappan Institute of Management (GIM), Coimbatore, in the presence of Dr. Vinod Urath, MBA, Ph.D., Principal, GIM, and under the guidance of Dr. S. Sujatha. Her research, titled “Optimizing Employee Productivity through Performance Management: The Pivotal Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction among Officers in Public Sector Banks in Kerala”, was submitted to Bharathiar University.

The session commenced at 11:00 AM and was evaluated by Dr. D. Kumaresan, Professor & Director, Department of Commerce, KSR College of Arts and Science for Women, Tiruchengode, as the External Examiner.

Faculty members, research scholars, and other experts actively participated in the viva, which concluded with constructive discussions and academic engagement. A lunch was hosted by the scholar for all attendees.
